Service Level Agreement

These terms apply to organizations publishing knowledge bases on the Zippa platform.
During the term of the StructHub Business Usage Agreement, the Service will provide a reasonable Monthly Uptime Percentage of at least 99.9%. If StructHub does not meet this objective, and if the Customer is using the Service in accordance with the terms of their agreement, StructHub may offer a reasonable Financial Credit, as deteremined at StructHub's discretion, when requested by the Customer, but makes no guarantee to provide any such credit.
The following definitions apply to the SLA:
- "Service" refers to the Internet services offered by StructHub for the Customer, both for the Customer and their end users.
- "Monthly Uptime Percentage" means total number of minutes in a month, minus the number of minutes of that the Service in unavailable, divided by the total number of minutes in a month.
- "Financial Credit" refers to a monetary credit applied to the Customer's account, which is used towards the Customer's standard charges for the Service.
